LLC «RDE «Factory of MDU» has delivered two degassing units of the MDU-110RB on JSC «UCC «Yuzhkuzbassugol», branch «Mine «Jubileynaya».

The first unit was commissioned on 6 June 2011, the second one - on August 19, 2011. Construction of sites for degassing units, installation of the pipeline, its heat insulation, installation of degassing units, personnel training were carried out by LLC “RDE “Factory of MDU”.

The stations are equipped with an additional purification system of methane-air mixture, installed on the well and automated management and control system. Data about the operation of the unit is transferred to the operator and it allows controlling the degassing process constantly.

Thanks for the putting in operation of the second station, there was a separation of the preliminary degassing from the domed one, and the process became more efficient.

Service maintenance of units is carried out according to schedule maintenance. We have no any complaints about  the performed work.
